NOTICE OF INTENT TO SALE AND DISPOSE OF REAL PROPERTY 3000 W. CANYON ROAD - GOLF COURSE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ferron City, a Utah municipality (the 'City'), intends to sale and dispose of certain City-owned real property located at approximately 3000 W. Canyon Road, Ferron, Utah, as more particularly described below (the 'Property'). The Property is a significant parcel of real property, and the City intends to dispose of the Property via direct sale by purchase agreement. On September 23, 2026, following public notice and a public hearing, the Ferron City Council approved the disposition and sale of the Property pursuant to a proposed purchase agreement. Before completing the disposition, however, the City is providing this additional notice pursuant to Utah Code § 11-1-203. The Property remains available for sale during this notice period, and interested persons may submit offers to purchase the Property to Ferron City. This Notice will remain published for a minimum of 45 consecutive days from today, October 5, 2026. The City will consider any offers received during the notice period before completing the disposition of the Property. Nothing in this Notice requires the City to accept any particular offer. The City retains discretion to determine the terms and conditions upon which the Property will be disposed of, consistent with applicable law and the City's adopted ordinances and policies.
