- ELSINORE TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Wednesday October 7, 2025, 3:00 p.m. Elsinore Town Hall-Fire Department Building - 35 W Main Street, Elsinore, Utah 3:00 P.M. - Special Meeting of Elsinore Town Council. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss water quality with John Chartier with Central Utah Public Department and Parker Vericek with Jones and DeMille Engineering.
