NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone 1.566 acre of property located at approximately 181 and 215 West 2675 North currently zoned CP-2 (Planned Community Commercial) to M-1 (Light Manufacturing/Industrial).
