- SNYDERVILLE BASIN WATER RECLAMATION DISTRICT NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE WRITTEN ANALYSIS In accordance with the Utah Impact Fees Act, Utah Code ยง 11-36-101, et seq., notice is hereby provided that the Snyderville Basin Water Reclamation District will be preparing and developing an amended Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and amended Impact Fee Written Analysis (IFWA) for Wastewater Impact Fees to provide for the expansion and upgrade to the District's collection and treatment facilities. A map of the geographic area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located is attached to this notice.
