NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
WEBER COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEN?
PUBLIC HEARING - OCTOBER 13, 2026 - 5:00 P.M. County Commission Chambers, Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., 1st Floor, Ogden.
After the hearing, the Planning Commission will make a recommendation on the proposed rezone to the County Commission. The County Commission will make the final decision at a later meeting, with the date to be determined.
WHAT IS PROPOSED?
- Applicant's Request: Rezone approximately 150.37 acres located at approximately 3800 West 400 South from the A-2 (Agricultural) zone to the R1-15 (Residential) zone.
- Coumty's Additional Consideration: Rezone approximately 30.25 acres of the 150.37 acres adjacent to the Weber River from the A-2 zone to the O-1 (Open Space) zone for the purpose of creating a public park.
