Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE The Weber County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the County Commission Chambers, first floor of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden. The planning commission will receive public comment on a proposal to rezone approximately 15 acres shown on the map below from the A-1 and A-2 Agriculture Zones to the TN-Bennet Zone. The proposal is intended to include the subject 15 acres into the adjoining Bennet Master Planned Development and development agreement.
