BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Washington County Water Conservancy District, Washington County, Utah
will meet in public session Monday, October 5, 2026, at 6:00 PM for board meeting at 533 E Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah
1. Presentation and discussion of the 2027 tentative budget
2. Consider approval of a construction agreement for the Sand Hollow Southside Pipeline Replacement Project
3. Consider approval of procurement services for drilling and construction of Gunlock Observation Wells
4. Consider a resolution expressing official intent regarding certain capital expenditures to be reimbursed from proceeds of an obligation to be issued by the district
5. Consider resolution regarding the addition of 'Employee Recognition' section to the Personnel Policy and Procedures Manual.
6. Consider resolutions regarding changes to the to 'Termination of Employment by the Employee' section of the Personnel Policy and Procedures Manual
