PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The applicant has submitted a land use application to Lindon City requesting an amendment to the Lindon City General Plan Street Master Plan Map. The proposed amendment is to include a future cul-de-sac street on the Lindon City General Plan Street Master Plan Map.
The Lindon City Planning Commission serves as the recommending authority for amendments to the Lindon City General Plan. After reviewing the request, the Planning Commission will forward its recommendation to the Lindon City Council, which will make the final decision regarding the proposed amendment to the Lindon City General Plan Street Master Plan Map. See the opposite side of this sheet from the proposed location of the future
cul-de-sac.

TIME & PLACE OF HEARING: The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on this item on October 13, 2026. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. The City recommends emailing any comments prior to the meeting to planning@lindon.gov or providing written comments to the Lindon City Community Development Department. All emailed and written comments will be provided to the Planning Commission prior to the meeting. During public meetings, the Planning Commission chair reserves the right to limit the time allowed for oral testimony.
