COMMISSIONERS OF WEBER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah, will hold a Work Session meeting in person at the Commission Office, Conference Room #365, 2380 Washington Blvd. Ste. 360, Ogden, UT from 12:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Monday, October 5, 2026 THIS IS A PUBLIC MEETING, NOT A PUBLIC HEARING. NO PUBLIC COMMENTS WILL BE TAKEN The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: 1. Discussion and/or action for approval of minutes for the Commission Work Session held on September 21, 2026 2. Discussion regarding Adding a Countywide Privacy Notice to Email Signatures and Data Privacy Update 3. Sheriff's Office Update 4. McKay-Dee Hospital Community Contribution Report 5. Discussion regarding HR Policies: a. HR Policy 5-200 - Pay Practices b. HR Policy 6-200 - Performance Management c. HR Policy 3-100 - Harassment, Discrimination, and Retaliation d. HR Policy 3-700 - Grievance-Appeals e. HR Policy 2-700 - Career Service Council f. HR Policy 3-400 - Standards of Conduct g. HR Policy 4-800 - Employee Recognition h. SO Pay Policy for Sworn Staff, Logout Tagout & Bloodborne Pathogens 6. Discussion regarding Opioid Interest 7. Discussion regarding Cache County Interlocal Agreement 8.
