- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Froerer B. Pledge of Allegiance- C. Invocation/Moment of Silence- Sean Wilkinson D. Commissioner Comments- (Stall of Fame) E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $145,727.49. 2. Request for approval of warrants #109363-109424, #498451-498541 in the amount of $1,340,418.50. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of minutes for meetings held on September 22 and 29, 2026. 5. Request for approval of a new business license. 6. Request for approval of an amendment on the contract by and between Weber County and Medici Land Governance providing a discount on historical document scans. 7. Request for approval of a Deputy Sheriff Basic Training Agreement by and between Weber County and Noah Horne. 8. Request for approval of an application by and between Weber County and Lincoln Financial Group for Short-term Disability, Long-term Disability, and Life Insurance. G. Action Items- 1. Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County making new appointments and reappointments to the RAMP Tax Advisory Board, the Arts & Museums Committee and the Recreation & Parks Committee.
