PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Weber Area Council of Governments will hold a regular meeting commencing at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, October 5, 2026, in the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd, Room #105 (Breakout Room), Ogden, Utah. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Chair Porter B. Pledge of Allegiance - Mayor Bell C. Invocation - Chair Porter D. Public Comments- (3 minutes each) E. Consent Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on September 14, 2026. F. Non-Action Items 1. HAFB update 2. Addressing interaction between Cities and the County Presenter: Steve Collier, Surveyor 3. 2026 Legislative Preview Presenter: Cameron Diehl, ULCT 4. Animal Services update Presenter: Commissioner Bolos 5. Local Homeless Council vacancy Presenter: Commissioner Bolos G.
