- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY ADMINISTRATIVE LAND USE AUTHORITY will hold a regular meeting on Monday, October 5, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Approval of the agenda 3. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 4. Review and discuss for approval a lot line adjustment with Jessica Fabricius located at 56 West 200 South Tax Id. #10-027-0046 and BWC Investments located at 241 South Center Tax Id. #10-027-0026.
