- The Smithfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:05 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2026-20, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code, Title 10 'Vehicles and Traffic', Chapter 10.08 'Parking', Section 10.08.110 'Parking for Certain Purposes Prohibited'.
