- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following: 1) Springville Power proposes amendments to Power Department Standards and Specifications. The proposed amendments would update and standardize electrical specifications for new commercial and residential service connections. This is a legislative policy decision about electrical standards for residential and commercial development in Springville. The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council. The City Council will make the final decision at a later public meeting. Review date and time are SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
