NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Rockville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Rockville Meeting Hall, 43 E. Main St., Rockville, Utah to take comments from the public on the requested zone change from Open Space 20 to Rural Residential .5 acre on Parcel #R-1305-A-1-F-1 owned by Anthony Jones and consists of 21.18 acres. The address for this parcel is 140 east Grafton Road, Rockville.
Interested persons desiring input into this public hearing are invited to attend the meeting or present their views in writing no later than Friday, October 9, 2026, by 1:00 pm or email rockville@rockvilleutah.gov or by delivery to the Town Office.
Verbal comments will be limited to two (2) minutes.
