PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 7:00 PM, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT. This meeting can also be viewed on our live stream page.

The applicant, Georgia Fenn, is requesting a conditional use permit approval for a preschool within the Fenn home, located at 38 W Sycamore Ln. The applicant's home is zoned R1-8, which allows a home preschool with 8-10 children as a conditional use.
