a. Citizen Advisory Committee - Appointment. Consideration of the appointment of Cody Egan to the Community and Economic Development Citizens Advisory Committee. (Approve appointment)
5. New Business:
a. Proposed Ogden City Youth Council Bylaws Amendments. Proposed Resolution 2026-12 amending the Ogden City Youth Council bylaws to update the document name and attendance requirements among other minor amendments. (Adopt/not adopt resolution - roll call vote)
6. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any issue or topic. To ensure that the meeting is managed in an orderly and efficient manner, public comments will be limited to three minutes or less per person, as determined by the Council Chair. Participants are to state their names for the record. Comments which cannot be made within the established time limit may be submitted to the City Council Office by email at citycouncil@ogdencity.gov, online at www.ogdencity.com/publicinput, or by voice message at 801-629-8158.

Open House - Conversations with the Council
Third Floor Lobby
The City Council will host a 30-minute Open House after the Council meeting. The purpose of the Open House is to facilitate conversations between the public and Council members.
Public meetings will be held in-person at the city offices and electronically via Zoom in accordance with Utah Code Ann. ยง52-4-202 et. seq., Open and Public Meetings Act. The public may monitor, listen to, and provide comments in open portions of the meeting either in person or electronically by following the instructions below.
