Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY The U.S. Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and Sevier County announce the availability of the Final Watershed Plan and Environmental Assessment (Plan-EA) and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the Richfield-West Sevier Watershed Flood Prevention Project in Sevier County, Utah.
