- PHONE: (435) 734-6604 - 20 NORTH MAIN - BRIGHAM CITY, UTAH 84302 PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive input on a Rezone Application for property located at the west end of Cotton Grove Drive (640 South), between 1100 West and the railroad in Brigham City, Utah. The request is to change the zoning district from A-5 (Agricultural) and R-M-7 (Multiple Residential) to all R-M-7 (Multiple Residential) on approximately 4 acres. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, located at 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604.
