8. Public Hearing: Water Revenue Bond. Public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to (i) the issuance of the Water Revenue Bonds and (ii) any potential economic impact that the project to be financed with the proceeds of the Water Revenue Bonds may have on the private
sector.
9. Review & Action: Water Revenue Bond; Resolution #2026-37-R. Consideration of a resolution authorizing a preliminary official statement and an official statement, an official notice of bond sale, and all other related documents required in connection with the issuance and sale of not more than $7,400,000 aggregate principal amount of Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2026; authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated by the resolution; and related matters.
10. Public Hearing: Sewer Revenue and Refunding Bonds. Public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to (i) the issuance of the portion of the Sewer Revenue and Refunding Bonds and (ii) any potential economic impact that the Project to be financed with the proceeds of that portion of the Bonds may have on the private sector.
11. Review & Action: Sewer Revenue and Refunding Bonds; Resolution #2026-38-R. Consideration of a resolution authorizing a preliminary official statement and an official statement, an official notice of bond sale, and all other documents required in connection with the issuance and sale of not
more than $3,500,000 aggregate principal amount of Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 2026; authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated by the resolution; and related matters.
12. Review & Action: North Pointe Solid Waste Special Service District, request for relief from certain utility fees. The City Council, acting as a Board of Equalization, will review a request for relief from certain utility fees charged to North Pointe Solid Waste Special Service District.
13. Discussion Item: Land uses within the LVC zone along 700 North. The Council will review and provide feedback on adjustments that they desire regarding land uses within the LVC zone. Recommendations from the Council will be made to the Planning Commission for their consideration before coming back to the City Council for final review.
14. Review & Action: Ordinance Amendment, Lindon City Code §17.08; Ordinance #2026-36-R. The City Council will review and consider Ordinance 2026-19-O amending Lindon City Code §17.08 for planning commission duties, appointment, removal, and procedures, as required by recent State legislative updates.
15. Review & Action: Interlocal Agreement w/Utah County for 400 West construction reimbursement; Resolution #2026-36-R. The Council will review and consider an interlocal agreement with Utah County allowing for reimbursement of costs for improvements to 400 West after having been awarded transportation funds by MAG for the improvement costs.
16. Closed Session - The City Council will discuss potential purchase or sale of real property and pending or possible litigation per Utah Code 52-4-205(1)(e) & 52-4-205(1)(c). This session is closed to the general public.
17. Recess to Lindon City Redevelopment Agency Meeting (RDA).
18. Review & Action: Resolution #2026-35-R; Intent to provide financial backstop to the Lindon City RDA for purchase of property within the 700 North CDA for economic development purposes.
