7. NEW BUSINESS
7.1 DISCUSSION/MOTION: APPROVAL OF IMPLEMENTATIONAND FUNDING OF A FLAG FOOTBALL PROGRAM
7.2 DISCUSSION/MOTION: APPROVAL OF IMPLEMENTATION AND FUNDING OF PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENTS
7.3 DISCUSSION/DIRECTION: DIRECTION ON REMOVAL OF EXISTING FLOCK CAMREAS WITHIN THE CITY
Direction from Council as to whether they would like to have existing Flock cameras within the city removed.
7.4 DISCUSSION/DIRECTION: DISCUSSION ON INCLUSION OF A FLOCK CAMERA QUESTION IN THE UPCOMING CITYWIDE SURVEY
7.5 MOTION/RESOLUTION 26-13 : INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH WEBER COUNTY FOR ELECTION SERVICES
The City contracts/partners with Weber County for election services for municipal elections. Contract will be for 2027 and 2029 municipal elections.
7.6 MOTION/RESOLUTION 26-12 : WASHINGTON TERRACE POLICY AND PROCEDURES AMENDMENT
Amendment to the policy and procedures manual is the addition of a 'cost recovery' component for Commercial Drivers Licenses if employee terminates employment before a certain timeframe.
8. COUNCIL COMMUNICATION WITH STAFF
This is a discussion item only. No final action will be taken.
9. ADMINISTRATION REPORTS
This is an opportunity for staff to address the Council pertaining to administrative items.
