Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, September 30, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., the Kanab City Council will hold a public hearing in the Kanab City Council Chambers, located in the Kanab City Complex at 26 N. 100 E., Kanab, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider and discuss a proposed Development Agreement for Parcel K-13-7-ANNEX, located at approximately 725 E. Kane Plex Drive, Kanab, Utah. The proposed Development Agreement would allow an exception to the Kanab City Design Standards to permit the use of HDPE water pipe for the development. At the time and place set forth above, all interested persons may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard regarding the proposed Development Agreement.
