NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Southeastern Utah Association of Local Governments, doing business as the Southeastern Regional Development Agency (SERDA), is soliciting proposals from qualified professionals, companies or individuals for a HOUSING CONSULTANT for SERDA and its four-county region. The successful bidder will be required to enter into an agreement based on the specifications outlined in the Request for Proposals. See the attached RFP for full details. Key Dates - RFP Issued: October 1, 2026 - Proposal Submissions Due: October 14, 2026 by 11:30 am MST - Anticipated Award Date: October 30, 2026 or sooner - Agreement Start Date: October 30, 2026 or sooner Proposals must be submitted via email with the subject line 'SERDA Housing Consultant Proposal' to: Jade Powell, Deputy Director - jpowell@serda.utah.gov LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
