- TOOELE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE PUBLIC NOTICE OF UNCLAIMED / FOUND PROPERTY The Tooele County Sheriff's Office currently holds the lost or mislaid property generally described below. The property has remained unclaimed for more than three months. Anyone who believes they are the lawful owner of an item listed below should contact Deputy Davis at the Tooele County Sheriff's Office at 435-277-4250 no later than October 30, 2026. Claimants will be required to provide sufficient information to identify the property and establish ownership. Intended Disposition Date: October 31, 2026. Property that remains unclaimed will be handled in accordance with Utah Code ยง 77-11d-105, including any required notification to the person who originally turned the property over to law enforcement. Property not otherwise claimed may then be applied to an authorized public-interest use, sold at public auction, or destroyed if it is unfit for use or sale, as permitted by law.
