- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS In accordance with State Law, notice is hereby given that the Elk Ridge City Council will hold Public Hearings on Tuesday, October 13th, 2026, at 7:00 PM for comment regarding the following items: - Budget amendment in the amount of $125,000 for engineering services associated with the drilling or re-drilling of a city well. - Budget Amendment in the amount of $125,000 for a Trails Feasibility Study Grant Project, including the required city match. These hearings will be held at 80 E. Park Dr, Elk Ridge, UT. Anyone with questions or comments regarding these matters may contact the City Office. Dated the 30th day of September 2026.
