NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING INPUT IS REQUESTED BY THE TREMONTON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REGARDING THE FOLLOWING ITEM SCHEDULED FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON: Tuesday, October 13, 2026 @ 5:30 PM Tremonton City Hall - 102 S. Tremont St. Council Chambers Discussion/Public Hearing/Decision - Old Grist Mill Rezone: Request to amend the existing split-zone designation on two (2) parcels currently zoned Mixed Use (MU) and Residential (R1-10) to MU completely. The properties are identified by parcel numbers 05-042-0194 and 05-042-0222 and are located at approximately 935 East Main Street in Tremonton City. All interested citizens are invited to attend or to watch the meeting via the City YouTube Channel. Prior to the meeting date, written comments may be sent to: Tremonton City Planning Commission planningcommission@tremontoncity.gov Notice to the West NPI District Residents: This item is scheduled for discussion at the upcoming Neighborhood Partnership Initiative (NPI) East District meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 7th, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.
