OCTOBER 2026 AURORA CITY PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING AGENDA Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday October 6, 2026, the Aurora City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold their monthly meeting. The meeting will be held at 20 S. 120 E. in Aurora, Utah at 7:00 pm. The Planning Commission meeting as follows: 1- Expression of Choice: Dana Coates 2- Pledge of Allegiance 3- Welcome- Roll Call and Statement of Notice Given- 4- Review and motion to approve - minutes of the September 1, 2026 meeting. 5- Review of any new building permits 6- Review items from City Council - Parker Vercimak 7- Election of a new Planning Commission Chairman 8- Matt Lenart - Review of new development standards/approve to send to the City Council 9- Transportation Management Plan update and findings 10- Updates on other issues- Swimming pool request, annexation, water study 11- General Plan- will finish it up when Transportation section is completed and then vote to send it to the City Council. 12- Consider any other business from the general public. 13- Expression of Choice: Richard Van Dyke Dated this 30th day of September 2026 _____________ Clint Johnson, Recorder
