Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED SALE OF IMPOUNDED LIVESTOCK Pursuant to Utah Code § 4-25-401, notice is hereby given that the Tooele County Sheriff's Office has impounded the following livestock: Animal: One (1) tan/brown goat with black markings Date Found: September 24, 2026 Date Impounded: September 24, 2026 Location Found: Near 700 W. and 200 S., Tooele, Utah Any person claiming ownership of this animal must contact the Tooele County Sheriff's Office at 435-882-5600 and reference Case No. 26-S07027. Satisfactory proof of ownership must be provided, along with payment of reasonable costs incurred for the care and keeping of the animal. If the animal is not claimed before the sale date, it will be sold at public auction in accordance with Utah Code § 4-25-401.
