NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Huntington City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at Huntington City Hall, 20 South Main Street, Huntington, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed disposal of a city-owned significant parcel of real property located at the southwest corner of 300 South and Main Street in Huntington, Utah. The property is identified as Parcel No. 01-0188-0032, consisting of approximately 1.70 acres, and legally described as Lot 4, Block 5, Huntington Townsite Survey, 1.70 acres. The property will be offered for sale through a sealed-bid process. Interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and provide written or oral comments regarding the proposed disposal of the property. A copy of the relevant property information and related materials are available for public inspection at the Huntington City Recorder's Office during regular business hours.
