- 1. Welcome (Brian van Ausdal) (11:30 - 2 minutes) 2. Review of Public Comments (11:32 - 5 minutes) The Arts & Culture Advisory Board will accept public comments regarding County Arts & Culture business in the following formats: a. Written comments may be submitted to the Arts & Culture Advisory Board Liaison, Jacquelyn Jones, via email (jjones@slco.org) no later than two hours prior to the meeting start time on the day of the meeting. b. Verbal comments of two minutes or less will be accepted in person at all Arts & Culture Advisory Board meetings. 3. June 4, 2026, board meeting minutes (11:37 - 3 minutes) a. Action Item: Consider approval of June 4, 2026, meeting minutes 4. Arts & Culture Advisory Board Executive Team (11:40 - 10 minutes) a. Action Item: Nominate and Vote on Updated Chair and Vice-Chair Positions 5. 2026 Visual Art Collection Acquisition Proposal (11:50 - 15 minutes) a. Action Item: Consider approval of 2025 Visual Art Collection acquisition proposal 6. 2027 Capital Project Request Overview (12:05 - 15 minutes) a. Action Item: Consider approval of recommendation for Preservation Fee-Funded Project Budget for 2027 Budget 7. Arts & Culture Downtown Visual Art Subcommittee (12:20 - 15 minutes) a. Action Item: Consider Establishment of Downtown Public Art Visioning Subcommittee to fulfill the responsibilities assigned to the Fine Arts Collection ommittee for the Sports, Entertainment, Culture and Convention District and related public art projects, including nominating and voting on subcommittee membership. 8. Director Updates (12:35 - 10 minutes) a. Larry H. & Gail Miller Arts Center Updates b. Sports, Entertainment, Culture & Convention District Updates 9. Upcoming Important Dates (12:45 - 5 minutes) a. October 30 - Salt Lake Speaks @ Eccles Theater 10. Art Event Discussion - (12:50 - 5 minutes) 11.
