Description/Agenda: 2026 UOCAVA Election Notice Voters who are living overseas or are serving in the military are covered under the Uniformed and Overseas Absentee Voting Act {UOCAVA) and are eligible to vote in the upcoming elections either by the ballot sent to you or with a Federal Write-in Absentee Ballot {FWAB). The next election is The November General Election to be held on November 3, 2026, U.S. House of RepresentativesDistrict 3, Utah Senate District 20, Utah House of Representatives District 68, and Non Partisan Judicial Retention Election contests may appear on the ballot. Registered UOCAVA Voters will receive ballots on September 18, 2026. All other ballots will be mailed October 13, 2026. The last day to request a ballot for UOCAVA voters is Monday November 2, 2026. Election Day is November 3, 2026. The November General Election Canvass will occur on November 17, 2026. Daggett County is using Enhanced Voting Systems for UOCAVA Voters.
