PARAGONAH TOWN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PETITIIONS TO VACATE ROAD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Paragonah Town Board will be holding a public hearing on October 14, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Paragonah Town Hall, 44 North 100 West, Paragonah, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input with respect to the following requests: 1) Petition to Vacate Road a portion of the road on 200 East that borders property owned by Trevor and Lauren Gage (235 North 200 East) in Paragonah. 2) Petition to Vacate Road a portion of the road on 200 East that borders property owned by Nancy Dalton and Tony Dalton (240 North 200 East) and Shawn and Missy Robinson (215 East 200 North) in Paragonah. Copies of both petitions are available for inspection by the public at the Paragonah Town Hall, 44 North 100 West, Paragonah, during regular office hours. The public is invited to attend and participate in this hearing. Persons with disabilities who need special assistance to participate in this hearing should contact the Paragonah Town Clerk (435) 477-8979, no later than 48 hours prior to the hearing.
