- 2026 GENERAL ELECTION CERTIFICATION In accordance with Utah Code ยง 20A-5a-210, notice is hereby given that the candidates whose names appear below have qualified for placement on the 2026 Regular General Election ballot for Rich County and shall appear on the ballot in the order prescribed by law. The 2026 General Election Certification issued by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, containing the applicable federal and state candidates, judicial retention questions, and statewide ballot questions, is attached to and incorporated as part of this notice. COUNTY - Commissioner - Seat A: Bill Cox - Republican - Commissioner - Seat B: Simeon B Weston - Republican - Clerk/Auditor: Anneliesa Peart - Republican - Sheriff: Thomas Keith Wahlberg Dale Stacey - Republican LOCAL SCHOOL BOARD - School Board - District #3 Eric D Wamsley Shauna Allen Groll - School Board - District #4 Travis Eborn Richard L Lamb School board candidates appear only on the ballots of voters residing within the applicable school board district. The attached certification from the Office of the Lieutenant Governor provides the remaining certified candidates and ballot questions applicable to Rich County voters.
