- The Smithfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:05 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2026-19, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 15 'Buildings and Construction', Chapter 15.44 'Tenant/Landlord Responsibilities' adding in its entirety Section 15.44.140 'Utility Agreement'.
