NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SANDY CITY UPDATED WATER CONSERVATION PLAN Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, the City Council will hold a public hearing during its regular meeting beginning at 5:15 p.m. to discuss the proposed update to the 2026 Water Conservation Plan. Sandy City, in coordination with Bowen Collins & Associates, Inc., has prepared an updated draft of the Plan in accordance with the Utah Conservation Plan Act (Utah Code Section 73-10-32), the American Water Works Association Manual M52, and the State's Regional Conservation Goals. Public Review and Comments: The public is invited to review the proposed plan and provide feedback and comments. Copies of the draft plan and the public feedback form are available online at: https://www.sandy.utah.gov/water-conservation-plan Comments, questions, and feedback regarding the plan can be submitted electronically using the online feedback form available through the City's website. Meeting Attendance Options: This Council meeting will be conducted both in-person and via Zoom Webinar. Residents may attend and participate either in-person in the Sandy City Council Chambers at City Hall (10000 Centennial Pkwy, Sandy, UT 84070) or virtually. Virtual participation is offered as a courtesy; if for any reason the virtual meeting is inoperable, virtual attendees are encouraged to instead attend in-person, as the meeting will be held regardless of the availability of a virtual option.
