KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider the enactment of new section of code: Kaysville City is considering a text amendment to clarify the process for reviewing variance requests. Recent City Code amendments assigned certain land use appeals to an Administrative Law Judge; however, variance requests were inadvertently omitted. The proposed amendment would correct this omission by authorizing an Administrative Law Judge to hear and decide variance requests in accordance with City Code. Comments on this proposal may be submitted by attending the public hearing in person or through submitting comments through an online form at: https://www.kaysville.gov/435/Planning-Commission (comment form is at the bottom of the webpage).
