Description/Agenda: ublic Notice The Hurricane City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing during their regular meeting at the Hurricane City Office 147 N 870 West on October 8, 2026, commencing at 6:00 p.m. to take comments on the following: 1. A Zone Change Amendment request to update the existing Sky Mountain PDO. Parcel numbers H-3-1-30-2208 and H-3-1-30-215. 2. A Zone Change Amendment request located at approx. 297 S Rlington Pkwy from R1-10, residential one unit per 10,000 square feet, to RM-1, multifamily 6 units per acre. Parcel number H-PHRL-1-OPEN-B-1. Details for these applications are available in the Planning Department at the City Office, 147 N. 870 West.
