Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council chambers located at 21 E 100 N Nephi. The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on an amendment to the Master Street Plan Element of the General Plan to include two new future streets: 1. Major Collector - 2740 North (Meadow Lane) From: 300 West (Old Hwy 91) To: 3850 W (West Bench Pole Line Road) 2. Minor Arterial - 3100 West (Paint Mine Trail) From: 5260 N (Ostler Lane) To: 3700 S (Elwood) A map of the area is available for review during regular office hours at City Hall.
