AGENDA Call to Order Roll call and determination of quorum Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes Review and possible approval of minutes from the previous Board meeting Public Comment Past-Due Water Accounts Review of delinquent accounts Discussion and possible action regarding final delinquency/shutoff notices Payment arrangements and water-service discontinuation procedures District Bond Reinstatement/Renewal: Review of District bond that expired May 8, 2026 - Discussion and possible action regarding reinstatement or renewal Utah Division of Water Rights Application: Review of District application that expired June 30, 2026 - Discussion and possible action regarding renewal or required filings Financial Report Review of current District bank/account balances Review of current revenues, expenses, and financial condition 2027 Budget Preliminary review and discussion of anticipated 2027 revenues and expenditures Discussion of water-system needs, operating expenses, reserves, and budget priorities Scheduling of additional budget review and required public hearing, as appropriate Water System Operations, Maintenance, and Repairs Review of recently completed repairs Status of repairs currently in progress Discussion of anticipated or future repairs and maintenance Possible action regarding repair priorities, expenditures, or related work Board Reports, Correspondence, and Other Discussion Board member and Water Master reports Correspondence or informational matters Identification of items for future meeting agendas No final action will be taken on matters not specifically listed on this agenda Adjournment The Board may adjust the order of agenda items as necessary. Final action will be taken only on matters properly listed on the agenda in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act.
