- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Beaver City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Beaver City Council Chambers located at 30 West 300 North, Beaver, Utah. The purpose is to receive public comments regarding the proposed Pressurized Irrigation Disconnect/ Reconnect Fee. All interested people are invited to attend the meeting and make comments. For further information, please contact the Beaver City Offices at (435) 438-2451, or visit the city website to view the full meeting agenda (after October 12th, 2026) at www.beavercityut.gov CERTIFICATE OF POSTING: The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certifies that the above notice was posted this 24th day of September 2026.
