Cedar City Board of Adjustments Agenda October 5, 2026 The Cedar City Board of Adjustments will hold a meeting on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 5:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Board Members: Brittany Fisher; Chad Carter; Milton McLelland; Dorian Page; Brant Parker; John Webster; David Westwood; Assistant Attorney Christopher Gubler; Building Official Lester Ross; Executive Assistant Natasha Nava. 1. Call to Order. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Approval of Findings of Fact. 4. Request for Home Occupation nail business at approximately 787 East Fiddlers Canyon Road/ Wow Cute Nails/ Amara Nielson. 5. Request for Home Occupation daycare business at approximately 2178 North Cottontail Drive/ Charlet Cunningham. 6. Request for Variance for an enclosed garage and side setbacks at approximately 507 South 300 West/ Howard & Janet Thorley. 7. Request for Variance and Special Exception for fence height and front setbacks at approximately 2390 West UT-56/Bridgeway Integrated Healthcare Services/ Angie Jaskowski. 8. Request for Administrative Appeal of staff decision requiring public improvements at approximately 1695 West 200 North/ A+ Student Suites/ Justin W. Wayment.
