PUBLIC HEARING The following items are scheduled for a public hearing before the Commission. The order of the meeting is for the Chair to read the agenda item. Staff will summarize its report to the Commission. The proponent of the project can make a presentation. Public comment is encouraged. The Commission will close the public hearing and deliberate prior to a decision.
PC 26-034 WAB Warming Center [Conditional Use] Heather Crockett/St John's Episcopal Church, authorized agent/owner, is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Warming Center to shelter unhoused persons beginning November 1st through April 30th between the hours of 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM within the St John's Episcopal Church located at 85 East 100 North in the Town Center One (TC-1) zone: TIN 06-018-0037; -0001, in the Adams Neighborhood.
PC 26-035 Lighthouse Learning Childcare [Conditional Use] Mikela McConkie/James Benson McConkie, authorized agent/owner, is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to operate an in-home daycare for up to 16 children ages 0 to 7 located at 54 East 700 South in the Commercial (COM) zone; TIN 02-063-0027, in the Woodruff Neighborhood.
PC 26-036 Schreiber Foods - Project Helios [Conditional Use Permit] Derrick Yager/Justin Townley, authorized agent/owner, is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a new 4,800 sq ft addition and eight new silos that are 53 feet in height to the west side of the existing building located at 885 North 600 West in the Industrial Park (IP) zone; TIN 05-052-0029, in the Bridger Neighborhood.
PC 26-037 LDC Amendment - Com Zone [Code Amendment] Russ Holley/Logan City is requesting an amendment to the Land Development Code prohibiting motel/hotel/short-term-rentals within a vertical mixed-use multifamily residential structure in the Commercial zoning district.
PC 26-038 Maple View Subdivision [Rezone] Brad Brown/Dean & Joyce Adams, authorized agent/owner, is requesting approval of a zone change of approximately 10 acres from Suburban Neighborhood Residential (NR-4) to Traditional Neighborhood Residential (NR-6), located at approximately 350 South 1400 West (TIN 02-066-0013) in the Woodruff Neighborhood.
