NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold a Work Meeting on Monday, September 28, 2026. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm. The meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. ROLL CALL: DISCUSSION ITEMS: 1. Community Advisor - Jess Peterson. 2. Dan Fechner, City Engineer, Pump #1 & #3 Repairs after Inspection. 3. Street Signs, Sidewalk and Cemetery Memorial Project. A. Review of Bid on concrete work needed. 4. Conditional Use Permits. 5. B&C Roads Mini Excavator and Trailer Rent or Buy. 6. Review of Consent Agenda Items: A. Minutes from September 14, 2026, Council Meeting. 7. ADJOURNMENT.
