West Jordan Announces Public Comment Period for the 2025-2026
Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report
The City of West Jordan has prepared its annual performance report to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on the uses and results of its funding for fiscal year July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. In this program year, the City of West Jordan received $491,304.00 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). It also carried forward prior year's funding for multi-year infrastructure improvement projects, as well as Revolving Loan Funds totaling $244,127.00.

La ciudad de West Jordan ha elaborado su informe anual de desempeño dirigido al Departamento de Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano de los Estados Unidos sobre los usos y resultados de sus fondos para el año fiscal comprendido entre el 1 de julio de 2025 y el 30 de junio de 2026. En este año del programa, la ciudad de West Jordan recibió 491 304,00 dólares en fondos del Programa de Subvenciones en Bloque para el Desarrollo Comunitario (CDBG) del Departamento de Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano de los Estados Unidos (HUD). También traspasó fondos del año anterior para proyectos plurianuales de mejora de infraestructura, así como fondos de préstamos rotatorios por un total de 244 127,00 dólares.
El Informe Anual Consolidado de Desempeño y Evaluación (CAPER) estará disponible para que el público lo revise y presente comentarios durante 15 días, del 26 de septiembre de 2026 al 12 de octubre de 2026.
Este informe revisa el progreso que se ha logrado en la ejecución del primer año del Plan Consolidado 2025-2029 y del Plan de Acción 2025.
El informe contiene:
1. Un resumen de los logros proyectados en comparación con el desempeño real;
2. El estado de las medidas tomadas durante el año para implementar plenamente la estrategia general definida en el Plan Consolidado Quinquenal de West Jordan, el Plan de Acción 2025; y
3. Una autoevaluación de los avances logrados durante el último año en la atención de las necesidades y objetivos prioritarios identificados.

The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) will be available for public review and comment for 15 days, from September 26, 2026 - October 12, 2025.
This report reviews the progress that has been made in carrying out the first year of the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and 2025 Action Plan.
The report contains:
1. Summary of projected accomplishments compared to actual performance;
2. The status of actions taken during the year to fully implement the overall strategy defined in West Jordan's Five-Year Consolidated Plan, the 2025 Action Plan; and
3. A self-evaluation of progress made during the last year in addressing identified priority needs and objectives.
The CAPER will be available online on the City's website at https://www.westjordan.utah.gov/community-development/grants/. A hard copy will be available during regular business hours in the Community Development Department of West Jordan, Utah (8000 South Redwood Road - 2nd floor of City Hall) from September 25, 2026 - October 12, 2026. The CAPER will be submitted to HUD on October 13, 2026.
