ELECTION NOTICE Tuesday, November 3, 2026 Notice is given that a regular general election will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 to elect caidates to the offices listed on the regular general election ballot. For voters receiving a ballot by mail, ballots will be mailed beginning 21 calendar days before the election. The location of ballot drop boxes, the location and hours of polling places, including early voting polling places and hours, and qualifications of individuals who may vote in the election can be found at waynecountyutah.gov and vote.utah.gov, by calling 435-836-1300, or at 18 S Main Street, Loa, Utah. On the day of the election, the polls will open at 7 a.m. and continue open until 8 p.m. Attest: County Clerk/Auditor; and Individuals with disabilities who are unable to independently mark a manual paper ballot may vote using an accessible, electronic ballot-marking device available at any polling location during early voting and on Election Day. These devices allow a voter to mark a ballot independently and privately, including through the use of audio, enlarged text, or other assistive technology. Voters who wish to learn more about accessible voting options, request accommodations, or confirm which polling locations offer accessible equipment may contact the County Clerk/Auditor's office at 435-836-1300 or info@wayne.utah.gov, or visit waynecountyutah.gov. Curbside voting may also be available upon request for voters unable to enter a polling location. A pre election audit will be conducted on October 9, 2026 starting at 10:00 AM. Anyone desiring to witness the audit is invited to attend. The audit will be conducted at the Wayne County Courthouse, 18 S Main, Loa. A post election audit will be conducted on November 12, 2026 starting at 10:00 AM. Anyone desiring to witness the audit is invited to attend. Any changes to polling location will be listed on this website. General Election Drop Box Locations, Early Voting, Election Day Voting & Ballot Processing Tuesday, November 3, 2026 Voters must be a citizen of the United States; residents of the voting precinct in which they are voting; and 18 years old, or older by the General Election in order to participate. All eligible voters will receive their ballot by mail approximately three weeks prior to Election Day. A sample ballot for the upcoming election may be obtained from the following sources: Wayne County Clerk's Office, 18 S Main Street, Loa, or by calling 435-836-1302. October 13-November 3, unattended. Bicknell Town Hall, 64 W 100 N, Bicknell. October 13-November 3 ONLY Tuesday's and Thursday's 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Wayne County Travel Center, 45 S SR 12, Torrey. October 13-November 3 ONLY Tuesday's and Thursday's 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Hanksville Town Hall, 30 S SR 95, Hanksville. October 13-November 3 ONLY Tuesday's, Wednesday's, and Thursday's 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Early Voting will be held at the Wayne County Courthouse, 18 S Main, Loa October 27-30 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Election Day voting will be held at the Wayne County Courthouse, 18 S Main, Loa November 3, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Ballot Processing will start on October 30, 2026 starting at 9:00 AM and November 3, 2026 starting at 9:00 AM as needed throughout the day.
