Review of minutes for September 9, 2026
1. ACORD LAKES MOUNTAIN RETREAT PARTIAL MINOR SUBDIVISION AMENDMENT-RELDON E. BARNES PROPERTIES LC;
Consider an existing partial minor subdivision amendment for Reldon E. Barnes located on lot# 6 of the Acord Lakes Mountain Retreat Subdivision-parcel# 3-199-6. This is a lot change request, not an acreage change request.
2. TAKE ACTION ON THE ORDINANCE AMENDING UP TO 135 CURRENT CLASS D ROADS IN THE SEVIER COUNTY TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM NETWORK MAP.
3. PUBLIC HEARING AND TAKING ACTION, ON THE UPDATE TO THE SEVIER COUNTY TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN PORTION OF THE GENERAL PLAN.
4. REVIEW DRAFT ON DATA CENTER ORDINANCE-SET TIME AND DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING.
