Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct public hearings as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Planning Commission shall receive public input and consider a request from Lyle Riggs to amend the General Plan for the property at 908 East Main (Tax ID #11-093-0040, 11-093-0035 and 11-093-0012), to change the zoning designation from Residential Open Space 1 Acre (ROS-1) to Residential Open Space 1/2 Acre (ROS-1/2)
