- Heber City Corporation NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City Council NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 6th day of October 2026 at the hour of 6:00 p.m. of said day in the Council Chambers of Heber City, 75 North Main Street the City Council will hold and conduct four Public Hearings to consider: . Riverhawk Road Annexation, consisting of 3.38 acres of land located approximately at 1000 W SR 113 (100 S). If the Public is unable to attend, the Public Hearing comments can be emailed to CCPublic@heberut.gov. All comments may be read aloud during the open-comment portion of the Public Hearing and will be included as part of the permanent public records for this meeting.
