PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Bear River Water Conservancy District Board of Trustees has three Trustee vacancies due to the expiration of terms on December 31, 2026, representing the following areas: County Commission Portage, Plymouth, Fielding, and Riverside Western Box Elder County Trustees are appointed to four-year terms. Each Trustee must be: A registered voter; A resident within the boundaries of the Bear River Water Conservancy District; and A resident of the area he or she represents. Interested individuals may submit their name for consideration to: Box Elder County Commission Attn: Chrisee Bennett, Commission Secretary 1 South Main Brigham City, UT 84302 Or by email to: cbennett@boxeldercountyut.gov Applications must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24, 2026.
