- Notice of Public Hearing for Planning Commission Notice is hereby given that The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing during their regular meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. on October 8, 2026 in the City Council Chambers, 319 S. Saratoga Road, Saratoga Springs UT 84045, on the following: 1. Amendment to Title 19 Land Development Code of the City of Saratoga Springs, Chapter 19.18 - Sign Regulations for City Informational and Political Signs. Citywide. City-Initiated. The amendment would allow city signs on city-owned property including City right-of-way and allow political signs per Utah State Code 20A-17-101, as amended. 2. Lake Mountain School District Support Services Building and Expansion. The Lake Mountain School District is proposing a new support services building and an expansion of the existing public school bus lot. The proposed rezone would change the zoning designation from Public School Bus Lot and Agriculture to Institutional/Civic and Public School Bus Lot, along with an accompanying Concept Plan. Located approximately at the southwest corner of 400 North and Thunder Boulevard. Julie King as applicant.
